Valeria is a lawyer in our Dispute Resolution group within the Administrative Law team in Milan.
Valeria is specialised in administrative law, a sector in which she has gained experience in various areas including real estate and town planning, public procurement and environmental law.
She has gained a solid experience in administrative and public law, dealing with issues related to real estate, cultural heritage, town planning, waste management, energy, environmental law and ESG, as well as public procurement and expropriation procedures. Her expertise includes litigation before regional administrative courts, where she is gaining experience in drafting legal documents, as well as the extrajudicial sector, where she is manly involved in due diligence activities.
She joined us in April 2023.
